Undergraduate Student

Candidates with an interest in biomedical research who are committed to working in the laboratory for a minimum of 6 hours per week are encouraged to apply. Students in Year 1, 2, or 3 are particularly encouraged to apply, as getting involved in research earlier in your undergraduate studies can provide more opportunities to develop research skills and explore your interests over time.

Please also identify 1 specific project from our lab that you are interested in and briefly explain why it interests you, any relevant experience or skills you have, and your expected time commitment. MSc Student
Candidates with a background in physiology, cell biology, or biochemistry are encouraged to apply. Previous hands-on laboratory experience or basic programming skills are preferred, but not essential. If you are interested in joining the lab, please contact YCC (yi-chun.chen@usask.ca) with a letter of motivation, CV, and transcripts. In your letter, please identify 1–2 specific projects from our lab that you are interested in and briefly explain why they interest you and how they align with your background and research interests.
